Gnoukouri has Udinese medical

Inter midfielder Assane Gnoukouri is on the verge of completing his move to Udinese.

The 20-year-old had also been linked with Palermo, but is currently having his medical in Udine, according to Sky Sport Italia.

It’s a loan deal with option to buy at the end of the season for   4m.

Inter seemingly do not have a counter-option, but will get a percentage on any future sale.

Gnoukouri came up through the Inter youth academy and was famously given his debut as a teenager in the Milan Derby.

This term the Ivorian managed just eight competitive appearances for the club.
