SUMMARY
This person will supports the delivery of client services at the
VW/Audi account
. This role will initially be located in Detroit but this
candidate will be exp
ected to move to Herndon, VA area to work on-site starting sometime
first qtr of
2010.
This role is targeted at Sr. Consultant, but the organization will
consider Proj
ect Manager level candidates as well. This individual will have
the primary res
ponsibility to support the recently deployed business management
system (DBI) at
Audi. This candidate will be fully trained on the system before
they move on-s
i
te. Additionally, this person will be assisting with network
related tasks such
as market studies. Given the mid-term business management focus
of this role,
t
his individual will become an integral part of helping the VW/Audi
client take t
he vision of the Integrated Site Solution (ISS) and make it a
reality for the fi
rst time.
Above all, this person will use technical skills to independently
execute high q
uality data-related projects and assignments in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, organizes, develops and delivers client-requested projects
within prescri
bed time schedule
Manages client databases utilizing Urban Science proprietary
software
Tracks, processes, analyzes and verifies data
Creates and generates client reports and deliverables
Completes tasks and develops solutions that meet requested
specifications
Maintains software systems
Adheres to quality control standards for Urban Science and client
organizations
Other duties as assigned

Two years work experience in Operations Department or equivalent
Knowledge of SQL is preferred. If candidate does not have minimum
SQL knowledge
, they must some fundamental computer programming knowledge and
skills.
Technical skills necessary to support Urban Science systems.
Experience with Ma
rketSmarts and DNAP is required.
Microsoft Word, Access and Excel skills required
Must have demonstrated programming proficiency, preferably in VB or

ganization. As a division of Urban Science, ChannelVantage's
mission is to provi
de valuable products and services that will enable General Motors
and their busi
ness partners to achieve their goals in the marketplace.
This position will focus on performing market studies for our
General Motors cli
ent to determine optimal dealer network solutions. Urban Science
Market Smarts
software and Dealer Network Analysis Process (DNAP) will be used to
determine th
e most advantageous location, number, and performance for General
Motors dealers
. The individual in this role would be required to leverage his or
her technica
l skills to independently execute these high quality solutions for
our client.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct reactive market studies to determine optimal network
performance within
a local market area, based on existing networks and/or green field
opportunities
.
Perform national market studies to determine optimal networks based
on location,
number and performance of dealers.
Use Urban Science Market Smarts software and the Dealer Network
Analysis Process
(DNAP) to analyze data from the following sources: vehicle
registrations, demog

aphics, unemployment rates, economic information, etc.
Provide general help desk support; including but not limited to
answering questi
ons regarding registration data, geography, maps, reports, and
Microsoft product
s (Excel, Access, Word).
Provide general staffing support including but not limited to
creating general b
usiness reports, presentations, etc. as customer market
representation departmen
t management may request.
Plan, organize, develop and deliver client-requested projects and
ad hoc request
s within in prescribed time schedule. The client-requested projects
and requests
will be used to enhance dealer retail network solutions.
Use SQL Server to extract and manipulate data by writing queries,

ources, etc.
