Responsibilities:
Manage project requirements and manage changes.
Coordinate, track and manage schedules and milestones.
Manage local and global sub-contractors.
Identify and manage key risks and dependencies in order to move the team forward.
Plan and maintain the SW project budget for the product.

Challenges:
Multi-interface to multi functional teams, internal and external, and countries, with complicated dependencies, uncertainties and risks.
Moderate requirement changes due to rapidly changing environment.
Coordinating multiple teams to reach agreement / decision quickly and skillfully, especially for all kinds of confliction.
Seeking and leveraging available resource to improve efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:
Graduate Candidate in Computer science or related major,
Self learning and working in isolation capabilities.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Skills for other languages is a plus.
A professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment is a must. Resilient under pressure, high energy levels and positive attitude are crucial. Independent decision making and problem solving skills is a plus.
