As a member of the global Talent Acquisition team, HR Intern should have a great personality and help us with the recruitment related work. This will be a wonderful opportunity to gain an insight on how a team function in an Open Source company. Hence, this role will be highly suitable for someone pursuing a qualification in Human Resources.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Assist to collect recruitment requirements and publish JDs.
2.Assist to collect and screen resumes of Interns’ hiring.
3.Assist to organize paper exams and interviews of Interns’ hiring.
4.Assist to contract signing and on-board process of Interns’ hiring.
5.Assist to maintain intern status(attendance record)
6.Assist to campus recruit project.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree.
2.Ability to communicate effectively in English(especially written).
3.Experience and enthusiasm on management/supporting work.
4.Attention to details will be highly regarded.
5.Work 5 days per week for no less than half year.
