实习一般要经过笔试、技术面试和口语面试三次面试。笔试的内容包括硬件、软件、翻译等内容,所以要做好充分的准备。技术面试根据你应聘的职位有一些技术方面的问题,面试的一般是项目经理和工程师,面试时一定要清楚地表达自己不要支支吾吾。口语面试是部门经理面试,外国人,这个不要紧张,因为老外的语速不快口齿很清晰。另外,做简历时在简历中一定要写出自己的长处、实践经验(课设、毕业设计也可以)等,让人能从你的简历中发现的不同之处.
I have been working as an intern in Ericsson for more than 3 months. I feel very lucky and happy working here with so many excellent colleagues.
At first, the job was really a difficulty to me. All I needed to do was completely new. I can clearly remember the first embarrassed presentation before all the engineers. I couldn’t find enough courage to stand front of them. However, I received much help from the manager. With the encouragement, I get my confidence. During my short period of internship, the manager gives me a lot of patient guide, and offers me space to practice which is of great help to me.
As a quality assistant, I have to communicate with all the engineers of SW 、IV and PMs to insure that our project is moving stable and faster. It is a big challenge. Step by step, I am growing fast with the team’s help and enjoying working together.
In Ericsson, all the employees are very nice, full of knowledge and experience. They are easy to get along with, and especially they are always ready to share their experience with us. In my mind, Ericsson is more like a warm family rather than a company!

Q:Why did you choose Ericsson?
A:Actually, it is her vision, to be the prime driver in an all-communicating world, attracts me most. I think it is an amazing mission to which I can devote all my life.
Q:Why did Ericsson choose you in your opinion?
A:I thought perhaps my passion, hard working and initiative brought me the opportunity.
Q:Why did you choose your current job? What did you think of this job before onboard? Have you changed your perception after onboard?
A:I am now a designer in MTV. I choose the position base on one side I like coding; on the other side I am interested in MTV which is a fresh growing department. Before I take this position, I think my job is doing my best to make the design work well. However, after I really take part in, I know that our goal, besides the good quality of the product, we should also pay more attention to the customer’s experience. All things we do should on the way to achieve our great goal.
Q:What kind of people is fit for Ericsson in your opinion?
A:People who are full of passion, innovation and responsibility are welcomed.
Q:What kind of people is not fit for Ericsson in your opinion?
A:The one who lacks of team spirit is not preferred.
Q:What is your greatest accomplishment in Ericsson?
A:First of all, I have made many friends who help me a lot when I encounter difficulty on my work. Secondly, I learned the skill how to at the most apply the school knowledge to my work. Last but not least, in the period, I experienced a role change which from a student in school to a citizen in society. Thanks to the intern experience in Ericsson, now I am full of hope to the future.
Q:Please provide practical suggestions for your junior schoolmates for their job application.
A:To make a good beginning, think about your life goal prudently. Prepare the related knowledge beforehand according to your goal.
? Firstly, prepare a resume. Before you write anything down, think carefully about your successes and failures in your past study and work experience. It should be concise and logical. The last but not least, everything in it should be real.
? The next, prepare for the interview. Before going to take it, three things are suggested to be done. First, predict the questions you may be asked and think about the unique answer beforehand. Practice asking your questions out loud to yourself or practice them with a friend or family member.
? Second, collect as much information as possible about the company culture and the acquirements of the position you apply for.
? Last, you had better dress neatly and cleanly. During the interview, you should always remember, be confident to show your best; be honest to demonstrate your true self; be polite to leave the interviewers a good impression.
? All in all, I believe that only if the one, who does enough preparation, keeps his goal in mind all the time and behaves confidently, can he find a satisfactory job.

Q:Why did you choose Ericsson?
A:Before I became an intern in Ericsson, I have known a lot about Ericsson. As you know, Ericsson is the world's leading provider of technology and services to telecom operators. The market leader in 2G and 3G mobile technologies, Ericsson supplies communication services and manages networks that serve different subscribers. My major is very relative to Ericsson, and big company has big development space, so I choose Ericsson.
Q:Why did Ericsson choose you in your opinion?
A:First, also the most important, my major is very relative with what Ericsson does. A good base help me progress quickly in my work.
Secondly, good English. It is very important to communicate in English in Ericsson, and during work, we have to read a lot document written in English, only a little misunderstanding will lead to big mistakes.
Finally, responsibility is another reason. We should treat our work with great responsibility and do everything carefully.
Q:Why did you choose your current job? What did you think of this job before onboard? Have you changed your perception after onboard?
A:My current job is very challenge. In the whole line, system design is the most important. Before I was onboard, I think system design is just to do some editing work or some translation, but now I found I was totally wrong. When meet a new problem. The system engineer has to give a solution, sometimes you have to design it without the fruit of others, have to innovate new ideas.
Q:What kind of people is fit for Ericsson in your opinion?
A:"Taking you forword "is Ericsson's slogan, which includes both customers and employees. If you take the initiative to make progress, if you are positive, welcome to join us, just choose Ericsson and enjoy it.
Q:What kind of people is not fit for Ericsson in your opinion?
A:Somebody whose value is not confirmed to Ericsson’culture will be denied.
Q:What is your greatest accomplishment in Ericsson?
A:As an intern, I'm greatly benefited from the training program. To improve employee's competence, Ericsson offers a lot of great training opportunities, I feel I gained lots of knowledge in techniques in the past several months, What's more I have changed my leaning concept and my working attitude. It's my honor to work in Ericsson.
Q:Please provide practical suggestions for your junior schoolmates for their job application.
A:
? First, our school always organizes some career experience communication meeting, you can attend it, and some schoolmate’s experience will help.
? Second, do your own career plan carefully, think seriously about what type of job you want to have and what life is you are looking after, and make a exact goal, work hard towards the goal.
? Third, accumulate enough knowledge, the more the better. In your spare time, read more books, for example, some about TD-SCDMA, C++.
? Forth, improve your English skill, no matter what company you join in, it is necessary. Especially your oral English, because you have to communicate with foreigners.
? Fifth, improve your communication skill. Ericsson encourages cooperation and communication among employees. Technical presentations and discussions are hold in our department frequently. so your communication skill is important. I think it is the same to other companies.
? Finally, be ready to be a good employee, because ‘the chance belong get ready of somebody’. Ability Respect, professionalism and perseverance are the values that are the foundation of the Ericsson culture. I think you can take this as your own value, too!
As we all know, Ericsson is the world’s largest supplier of mobile system. I choose Ericsson to do my internship not only for this reason but also because my specialization at university is just in line with what the company deals with. When I came here, I knew that my choice is right.
To have an internship position in Ericsson, I think professional skills and team spirit are essential.
I choose to engage in Technology Research and Development (R&D department) because of education background and interests. For a student major in communications, it can also provide a good foundation for future development. In my opinion, R&D’s work is to involve with code all day long until it’s on board. But when I have taken this position, I found nothing is simple as it first seems. This job is challenging and calls for a great deal of enthusiasm and patience.
A person with strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and sleeve-up working attitude is the staff Ericsson is willing to choose and worthy of being chosen as an employee.
During my internship in Ericsson I found out the practical work is more abundant and complicated than book knowledge. Besides, I have learned how to communicate with people in better way, how to work efficiently as a member of a team and how to adjust to a new environment quickly.
If you want to apply for an internship position, you should handler the relationship between training and education correctly, take everything seriously. That is the first thing you need to do. Then you should choose the position related to your own education background and hobbies, so that your talents will be better utilized. Ericsson looks forwards to all employees hurling themselves into work energetically to meet the challenges faced by company. So you should be able to work at a feverish pitch, have the intense sense of responsibility and the dedication to work. You also need to prepare for any difficulties, but you should have confidence in your ability to fulfill the task. Where there is a difficulty, there is a way out.
