德勤招聘行政实习生
工作职责:
1、Provide general administrative support to partner and manager including answering phones, preparing expense reports, filing, ordering supplies and other administrative duties.
2、Act as a liaison with all levels of personnel both inside and outside of the organization.
3、Coordinate and responsible for various of meeting arrangement, including video/teleconferences and travel logistics.
4、Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents and compiling data and analysis for special projects as assigned.
5、Provide assistance in market research, including collecting information, making summary, setting up database, etc.
岗位要求:
1,研究生一年级或二年级在读,专业不限,英语能力出色
2,每周工作五天(工作日)
3,具备良好的沟通能力,口齿清楚,亲和力强
4,头脑灵活,应变能力强
5,有实习经验者优先
