Position Description
1. Support for Ericsson Multimedia & BSS Products, i.e. TV solution, RM(Revenue Management), CBA(Consumer and Business Applications) etc.
2. Onsite delivery & support, troubleshooting ;
3. Standby for emergency;
4. Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of design and solution testing;
5. This position is based in Jinan, and will require regular travel. Part of the travel is international.
Qualifications
1.Broad understanding of networking technologies;
2.Great interesting on new technology;
3."Hands on" experience on deploying, implementing etc;
4.Has knowledge and skills on IP, Database and Sun Hardware,
UNIX and/or Linux knowledge;
5.Has a minimum of 1 years relevant field experience;
6.Good command of English (verbal and written), as frequent global communication is expected;
7.Record of working well with global service, technical support, product marketing and engineering teams is preferred.
