Qualifications
Prospective candidates will be interviewed on company premises, and are
expected to meet or exceed the qualifications listed below.

•    Postgraduates or PhDs currently enrolled at top-tier universities in
Beijing, who will graduate in 2012 or 2013 and have demonstrated outstanding
academic performance.
•    To be considered, the candidate must have advanced education in
finance engineering, mathematics, statistics or other
quantitative/scientific fields.
•    Ability to independently apply knowledge in statistics and
quantitative training to solve business problems.
•    Proficiency in Matlab required. Relevant experience in SQL Server,
Python, C++, C#, VBA strongly preferred. Knowledge in Linux is also a plus.
•    Must be a self-starter and a quick learner.
•    Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team
environment.
•    Must have outstanding analytic and communication skills.
•    Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.
•    Work well in teams, and extremely motivated and industrious.

Responsibility
Statistical Analysis, Testing Factor Models, Reading Financial Paper and
replicating results, Data cleaning and aggregation.
