Summary: A Project Assistant is responsible for day–to–day client work under the daily supervision of a Senior Consultant or Director. Project Assistant of this position plays a key role in internal communication and in coordination of account group activity focusing on financial communication and investor relations. Project Assistants are not expected to manage large projects or handle primary client contact until they gain further experience.

Primary Responsibilities: The followings are specific duties assigned to the Project Assistant level position and are performed on a daily basis.
• Gathering information and research as requested
• Daily major scope of work covers news monitoring report and online social media monitoring
• Creating and updating lists and information involved in account activity
• Documenting and tracking of account activity such as conference reports, account status reports, etc.
• Other similar duties as assigned
• Maintain 100% billability
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Basic knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties and responsibilities successfully
• Bachelor's degree; 1 year of working experience or intern experience
• Good writing, translation and research skills
• Good command of written English
• Good Chinese writing ability
• Motivated “self-starters,” who can balance multiple projects while continuously building new areas of expertise
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to organize and multi-task project requests
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as to work independently; positive, flexible attitude that will lend itself to client service
