Responsibilities:
-    Working with Regional General Counsel in corporate governance
matters;
-    Preparing and reviewing legal contracts both in English and Chinese
and working with commercial teams on mitigating commercial and legal risks;
-    Conducting legal research (including IP issues) and providing
Chinese law advice to Regional General Counsel; and
-    Assisting Regional General Counsel in other legal matters.

Requirements:
-    An undergraduate law degree or a master’s degree in law from a top
University in China;
-    Ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts in both English
and Chinese;
-    Having good command of the English language and strong oral and
written communication skills; and
-    Good work ethics.
