The team will work with WW teams to provide infrastructure support to the Rational community. The goal is to provide daily services that allow developers and testers to spend the time where it should be, developing and delivering quality products to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the WW RES teams to host the unified production & testing environment. In-House deployment(IHD) of Rational products
- Provide on-demand expertise support to local Rational teams. Work with teams on system performance tuning & troubleshooting

Skills requirement:
- Have experience in Linux,Tomcat,Java,SQL,JavaScript,HTML,C
- Skilled experience in database: DB2,Oracle,Microsoft SQL Server
- Good knowledge of Windows Active Directoly,LDAP,NIS
- Script programming skills: shell/perl
- Excellent written/spoken English

- Easy-going,open-minded,patient
- Strong communication skill with very good English skill
- Good teamwork spirit
- Self-motivated and good leadership
- Quick learner
- Creative thinking

Others as plus
- Work experience in Geographically Distributed team
- Be familiar with Rational products & Jazz/RTC is a strong plus
