GE Energy Internship Opportunity
-Assignment Title: ERP Operation Intern
-Location: Beijing
-Working Frequency: 3-4 days per week
-Application Starting time: Aug 31th,2011
-Application Deadline : Sep 20th, 2011
Responsibility:
-Ensure stable & extensive application of Oracle ERP system to facilitate best user experience and business development
-Facilitate daily operation of Energy Asia Oracle ERP
-Facilitate issue resolving between FAST and EAST teams to ensure SLA compliance and user satisfaction
-Participate in Change Control rhythms and work issues/risk with different technical teams to ensure timely resolution
-Manage Support Central escalations and report to leadership on status of critical issues
-Drive support excellence by optimizing issue resolution process
-Contribute to and support Oracle R12 initiative
-Support Enterprise team communications
Requirements:
-Students graduating in summer 2012 expected.
-Long term internship preferred. Able to start working from September 2011.
- MIS, IM, CS, Engineering background preferred.
-Passionate in learning Oracle technology and Energy industry.
