Our Product: IBM Systems Director Active Energy Manager
IBM Systems Director Active Energy Manager is an IBM Systems Director plug-in. Use Active Energy Manager to monitor and manage the power and cooling needs of IBM servers and BladeCenter systems. Non-IBM systems can also be monitored using metering products, such as power distribution units (PDU), sensors, and integration with facility software.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
- Strong programming skills in Java or C/C++
- Familiar with Linux/UNIX system, shell script programming
- Familiar with software development and software development process.
- Familiar with agile development is a big plus.
- Strong communication and team work skills
- Strong English communication in writing, listening and speaking
- Quick learner, Self-motivated, and good flexibility

Additional Requests:
Please make sure you could work with us at least 4 days per week, full time is better, and could work at least 12 months from October
If you are going to graduate in 2012, the work time requirement might be loosening.
