Job Description
Department: Human Resources
Position Title: HR Intern
Location: Beijing
Position Specification:
As the HR intern, he/she will take the rotations to different HR functions including Staffing, Training, and C&B, etc. to learn the HR knowledge and skills.
Under the supervision of the team leader, the individual will support the HR programs.
Qualification Requirement:
* Education: university graduate in 2012 with major in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, engineering. Extra curriculum and school club leadership experiences preferred.
* Language: English proficiency in both oral and written.
* Computer Skills: Familiar with word, excel and power point etc.
* Other Key Competencies: Personality,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
• Flexibility & adaptability
• Hands-on with attention to details and perseverance
• Self-motivated & work under pressure
• Fast-learning
• A good team player.
