Product Line: PDSN/HSGW/HA/DPI
Description
As Embedded Software Engineer, you need to work independently in embedded product development area.
? New products and features development;
? New technology research and system architecture design;
? Lab test and Field Trial.
Qualifications
The candidate for this position shall have University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering
? Good understanding of real-time embedded software and communication principles;
? Strong networking background in TCP/IP and related protocols;
? At least 2 years experience in embedded Linux development and real-time OS;
? Ability for strong system analysis and troubleshooting;
? Ability for good communication and cooperation work;
? Ability for good English reading and writing;
? Experience in developing 2G/3G packet core network products is preferred.
R&D Embedded Platform Software Engineer
Product Line: OS, IP Stack, Driver, Software Platform development
Description
? Participating in the software architecture design and implementation;
? Providing the solution for telecom/datacom product planning and deployment;
? High performance IP stack development and test;
? Researching new technologies.
Qualifications

R&D JAVA Software Engineer

Description
? Working on high level design after thoroughly understanding the system requirement specification;
? Working on the detail design, coding and unit test after thoroughly understanding the high level design;
? Supporting system integration test and field trial;
? Making decisions concerning the content of the database;
? Planning storage structures and access strategies, defining security/integrity checks and backup/recovery strategies;
? Monitoring performance and responding to changes in requirements.
Qualifications
? Strong Java/J2EE and JSP experience;
? Solid SQL and database (Oracle, MySQL) experience;
? Solid Web 2.0 (Ajax, JavaScript, AWT/ZK and etc.) experience;
? Good familiarity with Unix/Linux;
? At least 3 years experience in portal development;
? At least one requirement should be mandatory:

R&D System Design Engineer
Description
As System Design Engineer, you work on system level and are the technically responsible of core network system.
-Defining system requirement for CDMA network; EHRPD/EPC, offloading network, service operation & control;
-Technical standard following up;
-System arch design for products;
-Designing system solution for product and technical market;
-Advanced technique research and following up;
-Assisting line manager to enhance the general design competence within the organization.
Qualifications
You have a good technical knowledge on product/system and a good understanding on business. You enjoy working with customer (internal & external) and can provide technical solution base on customer requirements.
You should also have
? A master degree or above in telecom, computer science or equivalent;
? 3+ year experience with telecom/datacom system management and system design, with at least 2+ years experience with product development; excellent graduate is also welcome;

? Good understanding of CDMA/WCDMA/LTE mobile network and IP technology and standard;

R&D Test Engineer (SIT Engineer)
Description
Test engineer is responsible for setting up high quality test network, ensuring all the traffic types running smoothly in test network, securing test method and test environment to fulfill all the assigned test activities within approved cost, time and quality frame.
-Designing test cases and performing System Integration Test for all products
-Supporting lab test and supporting some field trial test
-Developing test tools
-Troubleshooting the network problems
Qualifications
You are willing to ensure test environment are simple, reliable and cost effective, enjoy finding risks of quality. You are glad to work with internal customer and can provide technical solutions based on their requirement.
You should also have
? Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, computer science, communications or equivalent;
? In depth understanding and experience of integration and verification;
? Fluent in both written and spoken English;
? Good communication and team work;
? Experience on c/c++ programming for test tools development is preferred;
? Cisco CCIE and above, Experience on Network deployment is preferred.
R&D Field Support & System Readiness Engineer
Description
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with the Sales, Product manager and R&D Software and Hardware development teams as required. Provide new concept validation and new product functional readiness. Manage customer specific deployment projects.
- Determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and provide solutions to complex equipment related issues
- Design customer lab trial and field trial deployment network
- Write test cases on top of understanding of new software release, features and hardware
- Prepare system readiness document to engineering team
- Conduct internal and external customer training as required
- Perform technical issue investigation and drive to resolve technical problems on products escalated from tier 1&2 engineers
- Perform global technical support
Qualifications
You should have
? 8+ years experience in a technical support role in Telecommunication, preferably previous experience in data communication
? Outstanding knowledge of CDMA/WCDMA/LTE mobile network and IP technology and related standard;
? Excellent knowledge on analytical troubleshooting and configuration.
? Solid sense of ownership with ability to take control of difficult situations.
? Ability for strong system analysis and troubleshooting;
? Work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility
? Excellent English communication skills
? Capable of effectively working with people with different culture/background across global organizations
? Be able to travel
? A BS or MS, EE/CS preferred
R&D Field Support Engineer
Description
Field support engineer is responsible for building field trial and customer lab network, verifying and validating system functionality and performance in accordance with the customer requirement, ensuring the system and corresponding procedure and document ready before commercial use
-Install field trial and customer lab CDMA1X/HRPD/eHRPD Data network
-Perform system commissioning and integration
-Draft and execute field test cases
-Help R&D to position the system problems
-Troubleshooting the field network problems
-Provide communication between customer and R&D to ensure timely deployment
-Conduct customer training
-Manage project schedules and responsibility matrices for deployment
Qualifications
You should have
? Outstanding knowledge of cellular data networks and strong interpersonal skills with customer
? In depth understanding and experience of wireless network integration and verification;
? Strong background with CDMA/WCDMA/LTE network, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, UNIX and Oracle, Experience on IP Network deployment is preferred.
? Excellent knowledge on analytical troubleshooting and configuration.
? Good communication and team work;
? Fluent in both written and spoken English
? Be able to travel
? A BS or MS, EE/CS preferred
