This position will play an important role in collecting and consolidating global Value operating results, and providing supports to Value management team as well as regional teams to improve visibility and shorten information flow cycle time. The position will also assist in financial analysis as needed from time to time.


Primary Responsibilities:

l
Collect monthly operating review summaries from each region and consolidate into Value Segment summary for QTD and YTD results, for both orders and sales
l
Maintain a master file of Value operating results for complete P&L as well as details of base costs. Update the master file with quarterly/yearly actuals and near term estimates
l
Extract from various data sources to compile needed reports on orders/sales/CM/Base costs, etc., by region and/or by PSI and/or by other criteria
l
Perform analysis on trending, pricing, profitability, and other required areas
l
Involve in monthly review processes to help finalize review packages and cross check with database to ensure data integrity and consistency
l
Continuously improve and streamline work processes in data flow, information sharing, etc
l
Perform other required analysis and data processing on cost planning and forecast



Qualifications Required:

·
BA in accounting, finance, or business
·
Working experience in finance at MNC, bank or big 4 preferred
·
Strong and effective communication skills
·
Strong skills in MS Excel & Powerpoint applications, and good at file maintenance
·
Prioritization skills to meet multiple dead lines
·
Ability to simplify and streamline processes/systems
·
Highly energetic and self-motivated to drive changes and deliver results
·
Ability and willingness to work over time occasionally to attend T-cons
·
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in speaking and writing
