Brief description of role
• Marketing team in F5 China is the business communications centre of e
xcellence for China end-to-end marketing plan and execution, marketing resear
ch, customer relationship and daily marketing operation
• The role of marketing intern is the supporting role on marketing comm
unications including daily marketing operations, events logistic, China websi
te maintenance and datasheet management
• Supporting on customers relationship system - Neolane, Telemarketing
Portal , information research and English translation and all project based
marketing activity
Main Responsibilities/ Duties
• To assist and drive F5 China positive image through strategic custome
r events, local events, seminar, industrial customer events.
• CRM database - Neolane set up & data entry, leads tracking & push in
Salesforce, Marketing database maintenance and contact checking
• Information searching and translations.
• You are going to report to me but 40% - 50% of your time will work fo
r Regional marketing manager – Jennifer for her marketing projects and daily
operation.
• 50%-60% of your time will help me on marketing planning, marketing ma
nagement and marketing operation.
Education
• Studying for or already has a degree in Marketing, Computer Science,
Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Post graduate and senior college student is preferred since you need
to work in the office for at least 4.5 days a week.
• English major is plus+
Technical Skills
• Strong written and spoken English. You have to communicate with some
of our colleagues and AP marketing team in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in using MS Office, Word and Excel, Power Points
Personal Skills/ Profile
• Good attitude to role and responsibilities
• Good communication skills and team work
• Passion to work, willing to learn and change, and like to work in a f
ast pace company
• Flexibility and accountability working on the uncertain situation.
• At least 3 – 6 months intern contract, good payment with good traini
ng opportunities.

5、打印、资料整理、中文网站维护、礼品库管理和物流管理等日常工作
实习要求：
1、本科及以上，市场营销、计算机、信息技术及相关专业。实习期间能保持学生身份。
2、研究生或大三以上本科优先，因为要求保证全职实习（最少一周4天半以上）；朝9晚
6，不打卡，上班时间较为灵活。但有时需要加班，最好能长期实习半年以上（至少3-6个
月）。
3、优秀的英语听说读写能力；能够熟练运用各种MS软件。
4、性格好；对待工作认真、耐心、负责任；沟通能力强，执行能力也强；良好的团队合
作精神；强大的学习欲望和工作热情；能够顺应快速变化的职场环境。

（公司氛围不错，老板人很nice，很乐意带实习生，可以学到很多东西。工资在市场方向
应该算蛮高的。从学校过去大概一个小时，希望能够保证每周4.5天的工作时间以及三个
月以上的实习期。）
