Working Location: Zhongguancun, Beijing
Working Frequency: at least 3 days per week
Working Term: at lest 6 monthes
  
Responsibilities include
1.       Advance the state of the art of TTS technology
2.       Working with people from different countries in the world to understand how they speak
3.       Creating and executing on plans for creating new TTS algorithms
  
Qualifications
1.       Minimum of 2 years programming experiences. Master C/C++.
2.       Passion for technology and quality.
3.       Willingness to take on big challenges and able to deal with ambiguity.
4.       Strong analytical and communication skills
5.       Strong English communication skills in both verbal and writing
6.       Experience in one of the areas: speech synthesis, speech recognition, prosody modeling, natural language processing is plus
