Reporting to: HR Manager, Experienced Hire Recruitment  

Job Description &   Requirements
•    The period of internship is at least 3 months.(From Aug to Nov 2011)
    
•    Post job ad on external job websites
•    Screen job applications based on the pre-agreed selection criteria  

•    Conduct initial phone screening for shortlisted candidates
•    Arrange  interviews  and  tests  by  coordinating with  candidates,  
agencies and clients
•    Maintain application records and candidate pipeline
•    Help with the report preparation
•    Other ad hoc assignments
Requirements  
•    Prior internship experience in a HR role is preferred
•    Good verbal and written English communication skills    
•    Good customer service attitude
•    A ‘can do’ attitude along with enthusiasm and energy        
•    Ability to take initiative and be flexible.
•    Hardworking and able to work efficiently on multitasks
•    Available for 4 days at least a week.(Pls mark available days per wee
k in the subject)
