--Master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
--Good Read/Write English Skills(CET-6)
--Good team work and high responsibility, demonstrated ability to make summarization and conclusion.

--J2EE development
Skills:
-- Familiar with IBM java development IDE such as Eclipse, RAD or WID. Familiar with Websphere Application Server.
-- Programming skills: Java, JSP, Web Service, JavaScript, HTML, design patterns, other popular frameworks experience is plus.
-- Familiar with OO analysis and design methods and tools.
Skills as a plus:
-- Be familiar with popular development tools, such as CVS, Ant, JUnit, etc.
-- Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools,such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
-- Good knowledge of database systems and development.
-- Familiar with DB2 development tools and products.
-- Knowledge in Agile Methodologies (e.g. XP, Scrum, TDD) is a plus
-- Unix script programming.
