工作地点: 北京朝阳区望京东路6号施耐德电气大厦
人数:4人
元旦之后开始工作。
Responsibility:
1. On-line or by-phone sales, have the awareness of leading and influencing customers buying behavior
2. Answer product related and commercial questions raised by customers.
3. Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
4. Design E-commerce promotion plan in order to boost sales volume
5. Order processing and collecting customer feedback.
6. Internal communication, cross function communication.
Requirement:
1.Very good communication skills, both written and spoken
2.Proactive and patient attitude towards customer
3.Quick adaption and learning behavior
4.Have basic knowledge about e-commerce procedures
5.Basic electrical knowledge is preferred
6.Work under pressure
7.Teamwork spirit
