Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
Support recruiting function with recruiting process that includes: scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, and preparing offer letters.
Create and distribute employment-related correspondence; e.g. applications, forms, offer letters, and orientation materials.
Also need to support background investigations. Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment function.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, will graduate in 2013 or later.
Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
Self-directed, detail-oriented.
PC proficiency in MS Office.
Prefer 4 days per week availability to work
