I am a US journalist looking for a reliable, hardworking Chinese research intern and translator in Beijing who is fluent at English, eager to learn the art of investigative reporting and able to multitask on deadline. This internship will require daily tasks including aggregating and translating news from the Chinese-language Internet, conducting interviews and doing research, as well as translation both from home and out reporting on some days, with potential for reporting trips throughout China. You will be interviewing and researching members of the Chinese government, companies, celebrities, academics and organizations. Quick thinking outside the box is a must.
