Responsibilities:
-    Collaborate with business team to gather regional business information, and communicate with local and global cross-functional and technical teams.
-    Analyze business data and performance. Implement it metrics and systems.
-    Provide detailed model analysis for business performance measurement etc.
-    Understand information management systems and seek utilization opportunities for functional team.
-    Develop imaginative and creative approaches to solve complex problems.
-    Balance short term tactical efforts versus longer term strategic programs; understand benefits of respective operation program implementation
-    Provide thought leadership as well as teamwork collaboration skills among peers and fellow team members.
-    Ad-hoc task from business team.


Requirements:

-    Bachelor’s degree or above
-    Relevant intern experience expected                      
-    Actively participate in extra curriculum      
-    Good communication skills in Chinese and English (oral, listening, and written)
-    Passionate to learn various technology and Energy industry
-    Displays various levels of leadership experience
-    Motivated and solid work ethic is a must
-    Possess quick learning capabilities and sharpness
-    Familiar with MS office tools especially excel
-    Engineering, CS,MIS, Business or related
-    5 days per week preferred. 4 days minimum.
