Position: ITS
Internship Duration: 3-6 months from Mar. Full Time Internship
Job Description
1. Provide SAP system maintenance and technical consulting support to users in other department
2. Answering queries relating to SAP application or software, laptop/PC usage.
3. Provide Deloitte Audit support to Audit/Technical practitioners; include EMS/CMS/TL installation and problem diagnosis.
4. Assist in new software application implementations and image update deployment
5. Prepare PCs/laptops software image for new joiners to office and assist user in personalization / data migration tasks
Candidate Requirement
1. Bachelor & above of Computer Science, Information Technology or SAP related major
2. Hands on administrative knowledge on SAP, Window 2003/2008 server, Win7 OS, Office 2010 and Microsoft networking environment. Good problem diagnosis skills under Win7 operating environment
3. At least 1 year hand on IT technical support experience in commercial environment
4. Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, service oriented attitude.
5. Above average English verbal communication capability is required.
