工作职责
• 处理、分析基因表达数据集
• 收集特定植物表型相关的数据及信息
• 构建植物基因进化树
职位要求
• 生物信息、生物统计、计算生物学、系统生物学相关专业本科及以上学历
• Perl，BioPerl语言项目开发经验
• 熟练使用如blast等生物信息软件
• 具备Linux/Unix环境使用经验
• 熟悉R、Matlab等语言开发的优先
• 具有良好的英语沟通及书写能力
