Candidate Profile

1.    Majors:
a.    Business related majors such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, etc.
b.    Engineering background (including Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric & Electronics, Automation, Software Engineering, Physics, etc.)
2.    Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin; A second foreign language is a plus (such as German or Japanese)
3.    Graduate in less than 1.5 year (either Bachelor or Master degree)
4.    Must be able to work least 4 days a week
5.    Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the consulting profession – Strong motivation to join management consulting
6.    Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
7.    Strong academic performance and extracurricular activities
8.    Always take the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure; a fast learner and strong team player; Creative, flexible and self-confident

Job description

1.    Conduct research, including cold calls, desk research, customer interviews, etc.
2.    Conduct data analysis on collected information to generate insights
3.    Create deliverables for proposal or case work, including chart creation in power point, excel
4.    Conduct another tasks that supervising consultant or manager would assign
5.    Due to the nature of consulting work, overtime during evening or weekend sometimes is required.
