Research & development of Polycom next generation advanced audio and video engines.
Design and implement audio and video engine architecture / modules and related demo systems.
Apply valuable patents / papers in the fields of audio and video related technologies.
Qualifications:
PhD or master degree in computer science, mathematics science or electronic & information science.
Solid knowledge of digital signal processing is required.
Experiences in multimedia applications, especially in the fields of audio or video related fields.
Experiences in audio signal processing algorithm, such as acoustic echo cancellation, noise suppression, voice activity detection, and microphone array related technologies.
Experiences in microphone array based source localization, noise reduction, acoustic echo cancellation is a plus.
Experiences in digital image/video signal processing algorithm, such as video coding, image and video denoising.

You will be responsible for developing UI for Polycom video conferencing products. You will use your knowledge in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and .NET to enhance the top-of-the-line user experience of Polycom video products.

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Have experience using C# on practical projects
Have knowledge in Windows Presentation Foundation

Requirements:
Furthermore, MUST have:
Master degree students, preferably in telecommunications, computer science, software electronics
TCP/IP basic knowledge and database programming skill
Basic knowledge (work experience is highly preferred) on telecom/datacom equipments
Basic understanding with VOIP/Video related protocols (SIP, H.323, ICE)and network compositions, systems provisioning and management for communication equipments and network
