Posted Position Title: Intern for Electrical Drivetrain Design

Function Segment:  Real-Time Controls and Instrumentation Lab

Qualifications/Requirements:

    Electrical Engineering background
The candidate will work with researchers in GRC to develop electric powertrain technology for electric vehicle.
He/she will be involved into design and integration of an electrical system including battery, charging circuit, motor drive and  controller, etc. Knowledge and hands-on experience of power circuit design and test are required.
Knowledge and experience on motor control design and test are preferred.
    Students in Ph.D or Master program with Engineering or equivalent background.
    Knowledge in Matlab/Simulink is a plus
    Knowledge in Vehicle control is a strong plus
