Job Description:
Interns combine their education with practical HR experience in core HR areas
such as compensation, talent & diversity. Assignments may include projects r
equiring research & trend analysis, benchmarking, assisting in the developmen
t of communication packages, conducting research on emerging HR issues, or pr
oject management, problem analysis and solution implementation related to HR
initiatives. Summer internships also provide an opportunity to participate in
an IBM Speed Team project, a team based program that allows interns the expe
rience to discover IBM, network and gain exposure to leaders and key subject
matter experts, and drive innovation that matters for our business. The inter
n experience is supplemented with a number of developmental and networking op
portunities through the HR Leadership Development Program.

We may refer candidates to IBM Malaysia, India, China, Latin America, Europe,
Africa or other countries for employment opportunities and consideration.
