             RBS Radio Performance Verification Engineer

Location:
Beijing


Responsibility:

RBS Radio Performance Verification engineer is responsible for ensuring RBS product quality radio performance part, securing test method and test environment to fulfill all the assigned test activities within approved cost, time and quality frame.

o    Design new test method and test environment according to requirement
o    Integrate HW & SW and make test start
o    Execute test cases & complete test report
o    Trouble shooting for test environment(HW&SW)
o    Analyze test results & faults

Basic requirement:
o    Major in EE or related fields, if fresh graduate student
o    Good communication skill
o    Fluent in both written and spoken English
o    Logical & structured
o    Quick Learner
o    Team work spirit
o    Open mind and innovate
o    Be willing to share

Below experience is plus:
o    Radio HW Design or Verification experience
o    With very good VEE or Labview experience  
o    RAN Knowledge or concept on 2G/3G/LTE wireless communication system  
o    Good knowledge on radio test instruments  
o    WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/LTE/CDMA Uu interface protocol and performance verification,
