Position: Operation Intern
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Spare Part claim errand logging in the system.
2. Daily order fulfillment support
3. Data consolidation, e.g. claim KPI raw data collection, report preparation.
4. Daily internal team logistics, such as stationary application, signature collection from
5. Manager, voucher claim submission, meeting room booking, etc.
6. Other tasks assigned by the manager
Qualification
1.Bachelor/Master degree, major in Business English, Logistics, supply chain
2.Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
3.Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
4.Very good communication skills, flexibility and enthusiasm
5.Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to take initiative
