Job descriptions:
Work on world most sophisticated APU DFT design: SCAN/MBIST/DV
Develop and maintain DFT design and verification flow
Design and verify DFX IPs.
Communicate with other team to solve DFT problems

Qualifications:
Can work 4-5 days per week

Good understanding of IC design flow. Knowledge of DFT or verification is a plus
Be familiar with verilog language
Be familiar with Unix and TCL, cshell , Perl scripts.
Good English communication skills. Self-motivated and good team player
