1. Job Title: Lead Management Specialist (Beijing)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Clearance
- Identify new leads from marketing communication promotion & Events, installation DB or other media, such as web, news paper etc. by placing outbound calls
- Collect valuable customer information from above activities and enter it into the related System accurately
Requirements:
- Major in engineering, Industrial Automation/Electrical & Power Engineering is preferred
- Bachelor degree or above
- Energetic and passionate
- Strong communication skills
- Highly collaborating with others & strong team spirit

2. Job Title: Customer Care Center Helpdest Engieer (Beijing)
Responsibilities:
- Providing of Technical support to customer through phone, Fax and mail
- Operator when necessary
- Knowledge data base clean up and analysis
- Correct filling of work order, trouble ticket
- Ensuring of the reply
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electricity Automation and Electric Engineering.
- Familiar with Distribution Protection and system will be a plus

- Support deployment of Key Account program
- Assist to organize seminar and workshop
- Assist to prepare / collect account profile / account sales report
Requirements:
- Major in Marketing/Management/Business admin, master preferred
- English: CET-6

4. Job Title: Commercial Policy Support Specialist Intern (Beijing)
Responsibilities:
- Implement the commercial policy
- Coordinate BU and related supporting functions in distributor policy implementation
- Support distributors on SE E-business platforms such as on-line ordering system (MySE) and EDI
- Distributor portal related projects
- Key accounts data analysis
- Support KA managers on daily operation
Requirements:
