Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
- Research on big data solution, i.e. Hadoop, NoSQL database.
- Design and implement data migration from RDBMS, optimize data structure.
- Design, implement and optimize XML and Non-structure file process framework with Hadoop.
- Code Map Reduce program and analyze Hadoop performance model.
- Tune and optimize the performance of Hadoop workloads with Intel tools.
- Draft whitepaper and share with the team.

Requirements:
- MS/BS with experience of software programming and testing
- Solid experience in Java
- Experience with Linux required
- Knowledge of Parallel Computing and Distributed System
- Experience with XML, XSLT and Schematron is a plus
- Experience with RDBMS, i.e. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 is a plus
- Excellent communication skills essential
- Fluent oral and written English communication
