Job Description:
Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt non-technical in nature. Basically which include Support
-marketing programs operation such as:
A. Marketing communication content design and publish online/offline such as ESG PRC marketing promotional merchandise design, production, manage and shipment such as collateral, brochure, datasheet, giveaway... etc.
B. Internal Marketing communication program such as: Paper working on event calendar consolidates and delivers, internal marketing events, demo room set up, news on circuit…etc.
C. Finance process including shopping basket raising, PO tracking and new vendor creating in system
D. Support Marketing events on logistics as needed
D. Support Marcom team in team admin such as team meeting and cross team meetings set up.
E.candidates must ensure above 4 days/week, over 6 months intern duration
-General and vertical marketing Events:
A. Industrial 3rd party event evaluation and info sharing, coordinate sponsorship and speakership
B. Support marketing events on execution and implantation such as IDF, conference, show, seminars…etc
C.ESG PRC seeding programs supports and handles all seeding devices management and tracking Qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- High proficiency in PC and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and/or Outlook*
- Strong communication skill,good networking skill, analytical skill,and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multitask and to work in a dynamic and changing environment, either independently or in a team
- Result orientation and pay attention to details
- User experience with marketing programs an added advantage
- Previous working experience in multinational companies would be an added advantage
