Position:Intern-Software Engineer
Project Description:
Enterprise big java workload characerization and performance data analysis on pre-released Intel Xeon multi-core server and Intel internal simulation tool.
Qualifications:
You should be an graduate student currently pursuing a Master's or PhD's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Additional qualifications include:
1. Self-motivated individual who can study and work independently to get the job done
2. At least 8 months to one year full-time work in Intel
4. Knowledge of statistics, machine learning or data mining
5. Good knowledge of Linux/Unix programming, C/C and java (Opt)
6. Knowledge and experience in running/tuning/optimizing enterprise system/applications, like Oracle DB, fusion Apps and fusion middleware (Opt)
7. Knowledge of computer Architecture and CPU Micro-architecture. (Opt)
8. Expert on Shell, Perl programming (Opt)
9. Innovation: Develop innovative approaches and ideas (Opt)
10. Familiar with performance tuning tools such as Vtune (Opt)
