6 Months Full time HR Internship in Mercedes Benz From Late Aug
- Starting from 22 August 2012, in Beijing
- HR JV Support and Vocational Training China Department
- Mainly Responsible to HR JV Support Team
Role Profile
1. Essential and Compulsory: Administration Supporter
Includes but Not Limited to Flight Booking, Expenses Claim,
Delivery or Pick Up, Meeting Room Arrangement,
Copy/ Scan/ Fix the Printer
2. Compulsory: Team Supporter
Includes but Not Limited to Monthly Report for HR Support JV Team,
Team Building Events Arrangement
3. Advanced/ By your Ability: Project Supporter
Ad Hoc Tasks directly from Senior Managers:
- Research on Topics;
- Translating or Making Comparison or Summarizing Documents;
- Generating Reports to JV's Management,
- Drawing Org. Chart, and Interview Arrangement

Lots of Sudden Tasks from Different Teammates with Deadlines
3. Quick Learner
Projects are related to Various HR Issues
4. Independent Problem Solving
Seldom Routine Tasks. Always New Projects and No Detailed Guideline.
5. Excel and PPT Master
Project-based. Spreadsheets or Presentation Materials used externally.
