Responsibilities
* Dedicate yourself to going above and beyond the call of duty in the pursuit 
of 100%  satisfaction by providing the best customer service in any industry. 
* Serve in an elite team of dedicated advocates, whose primary role is looking 
out for the customer's best interests at all costs. 
* Master the development and deployment of next-generation Interactive 
Voice Response development technologies, under the direct tutelage of the 
definitive experts working at Voxeo. 
* Apply your acquired skills to helping customers solve challenging problems, 
and develop strategies for large-scale, high volume telephony deployments. 
Requirements
* Superior communications skills in both the written and verbal mediums are 
an absolute requirement: Only the best of the best need apply.     
* Proficiency in working with a variety of webservices (REST, SOAP, WSDL)     
* Proven experience in PHP, Python, JSP, or .NET, and a strong background in 
client-side scripting.     
* Proficiency in web server deployments, configuration, monitoring, and 
administration. 
* Must be a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn new 
technologies as needed.     
* Familiarity with VoIP, and SIP messaging protocols and technologies. 
* Strong desire to challenge yourself in addressing unique problems by using 
creative solutions and outside-the-box problem solving skills.
