PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To support Power Solution Team all managers and all member in daily office administration job
- To coordinate team managers for regularly management report.
- To support Corp & team’s big events .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare a variety of departmental regular reporting.
- Gathering and summerizing information from various sources as requested.
2. Office administration
- Office equipment and stationery purchasing
- Support Director and Managers for travel arrangment, team meeting and team building activities.
- Support Director for Meeting/appointement time management
- Office set up and office environment maitenance management, to ensure the office equipment under normal and smooth operation, and to make sure a clean and tidy working office environment.
3. Proivde good support to the department, share the company and departmental information with the colleagues, as well as the feedbacks.
4. Help the new comers in their integration path.
5. To be responsible for monitoring and reporting department IT & expense budget to help maintain operating controls.
Experience Required
- Strong experience in assistant / office administration profession,
- Willing to help others, to solve problems with initiative.
- Excellent communication ability - English language is highly required
- Practiced computer application ( Word, Excel, Power Point etc. )
- Inquisitive and highly motivational skills.
- Leadership and motivational skills
Languages : English / French would be a plus
