1. Plan and organize events in alignment with program/course owners, trainers;
2. Propose improvements regarding the process effectiveness and service quality
3. Support and coordinate the “Great Place to Work” and other benefits programs? implementation
4. Provide support and assistance to ad-hoc assignments or projects
5. Coordinate with supervisor about employee communication and announcement
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. related experience in Human Resources.
3 .High sense of responsibility and attention to details
4. People-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated
5. Good communication both in English and Chinese.
