1.Job title: Senior Software / Embedded Development EngineerDepartment: AP system engineering – SW
Location: Nanjing
Description:
In this position, the engineer will be deeply involved in all aspects of SoC and platform-level power management (pre- and post-silicon) for Marvell's current and future generations of ARMADA(TM) processors.
Responsibility:
-Designing the next generation power management software layer(s)/ module(s) that will be the reference standard for highly power-optimized Marvell ARMADA(TM) SoC-based platforms across multiple mobile operating systems.
-Pre-silicon SoC power architecture analysis with silicon design teams. Developing system-level power consumption models for predicting device battery life.
-Pre-silicon power measurement and validation on FPGA platforms and/or emulation platforms.
-Platform design interaction with hardware/ board design teams, focusing on PMIC and platform component selection for optimizing platform power consumption.
-Detailed post-silicon SoC and platform power domain measurements and data analysis for bare metal (low level/ bootloader level) and full Mobile OS-level use cases.
-Working closely with silicon design and silicon validation teams to correlate power data and identify areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
-Ph.D./ M.S. Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-5+ years' of development and design experience in the field of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-Excellent C/ARM Assembly coding skills.
-Excellent understanding of SoC architecture, OS internals and device drivers, particularly system-level power management frameworks.
-Strong ability to analyze platform/ hardware schematics and component datasheets. -Experience with ARM architecture-based platforms preferred.
-Expert-level skills in system-level and SoC-level power management analysis, measurement and optimization.
-Expertise in using hardware/ measurements tools, in particular logic analyzers, oscilloscopes and multi-meters. Network simulators knowledge will be an added advantage.
-Good verbal and communication skills.

4.Job title: (Senior )System Software EngineerDepartment: AP system engineering – SW
Location: Nanjing
Description:
Develop the advanced trusted computing technology and completed solution to meet the needs for digital rights management, secure storage, and secure network communications. Develop a completed software stack as a derivative work to support the security applications for embedded systems.
Qualifications:
- Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
-2+ years of relevant industry experience.
-Stated experience must include the utilization of C/C++ and assembly programming, Linux device driver development, runtime low-level debugging knowledge, as well as cryptographic algorithm.
-Must pass company’s technical review
-Fluent communication in both Mandarin and English is a plus
5. Job title: Firmware EngineerDepartment: AP system engineering – SW
Location: Shanghai& Nanjing
Responsibility:
-Responsible for the bare-metal code and Linux kernel development and debugging for all IP modules in Mobile SoC
-Bring-up the multimedia peripherals on FPGA platform
-Work together with design team to debug the silicon.
-Support for the silicon validation and ATE test.
-Support for the customer designs.
Qualifications:
-BSCS/BSEE, MSCS/MSEE preferred, plus 1 - 3 years experience.
-Highly motivated individual with a proven track record.
-Must be able to develop/debug the complex embedded software independently.
-Must be familiar with Contex A9/M3 CPU architecture ( SMP, MMU/MPU, L1 & L2 caches, TCM, Interrupts…),
-Expert programming skills on C/C++ and assembly language
-ARM RealView ICE experience desirable.
-Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics, video and audio codecs, power management is a plus.
-Working experience on Linux kernel and Android, device driver development for Mobile Devices is a plus.
