Responsibility:
Design and deliver quality software according to internal and customer driven specifications
- Provide accurate estimates of engineering effort and meet time commitments
- Take initiative, identify solutions, make responsible recommendations, and own issues through to satisfactory resolution
Contribute to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives
- Understand customers business and technical requirements and make sure implementation meets them
- Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning and analysis, performance analysis activities.
Requirement:
1.BS/MS in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience
2.Fluency across a range of programming languages, comfortable picking up new languages quickly
3. Knowledge of an object-oriented coding language such as Ruby, Java and modern web application framework like Ruby on Rails, Spring, etc.
4.Experience on running/hosting developer related community/BBS/forums is a plus
5.Knowledge of VMware platforms is a plus
6.Good communication skills in English is a plus
