GE Capital relies on global Risk professional to objectively manage the credit risk in our businesses and to structure commercial and consumer transactions for the mutual benefit of our customers and shareholders. Simply put, risk management is a critical differentiator that allows GE to grow safely.
Risk professional are important members of each business leadership team, touching every part of our operations commercial/ consumer lending, leasing, underwriting, portfolio management, financial analysis, statistical modeling and deal structuring.
Program Description
? Intensive two-year entry level program spanning several rotations
? Experiences include: analytics, modeling, underwriting, workout, portfolio management, and compliance/regulation combines coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars to equip program members with superior functional, analytical, business and leadership skills.
? The program is led by senior GE functional leaders, mentors and trainers
? The purpose it to develop world class risk leaders for critical positions
Qualifications Required:
MUST:
? Academic excellence with financial quantitative, analytical competency
? Candidates who will achieve Bachelor/master degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Legal or Economics by 2013/2014
? Can full-time work for 4 days above per week for at least 6 months
? Excellent communication skills including fluent English and Chinese
? Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
? Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile
? Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, professional and work hard.
? Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges
