Requirements:

- Ph.D/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong C/C++/Java coding skills in Linux.
- Database/Linux/Xen Kernel research and programming experience is a plus.
- Solid design and development experience in large distributed systems such as hadoop is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. Comfortable working with US colleagues
