1. Major in data mining, machine learning, statistics or operations research.
2. Master or above.
3. Having experience in e-commerce analytics, such as recommender system, Web analytics and search engine related optimization, is a plus.
4. Having experience in basic text analytics, such as sentiment analysis, document classification, is a plus.
5. Strong skills in English reading and writing.
6. Being capable of applying mathematics into real world with flexibility and creativity.
7. Fast learner and team work spirit.  
8. 2-3 days per week.
