At Towers Watson, you can play an active role for supports to the whole office and will get involved into a lot of jobs with interpersonal communications for problem solving. Responsibilities:
General line phone calls/ screening trash phone calls.
Conference room booking/Conf. call set up
Hotel reservation/air ticket booking
Host visitors/guide service provider: Answering the door and receive walk-in business related visitors, and to sign off afterwards.
Name card: layout proofreading and send for printing
Client Parcels & Mails: pick up and delivery
Report& Proposal binding
Complain vendors for poor service/mistakes
Stationery order
Coordinate with Landlord for services and distribute government notices to associates
Admin reports: OS related info./data collections
Internal phone list update
Photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.

Requirement:
Minimum Experience Required:0-1, if it's 0 yrs working experience, must played an important role in Student Union's activities
Minimum Education Required:bachelor degree or above
Good communication skills
High efficiency in multi-tasks with timely feedback
English language: Good at reading/writing/listening/speaking
Positive working attitude and stable in the working quality for routine jobs
Responsible for job fulfillment
Time keeper
Team player
Working time: 9:00am-6:00pm, 8 hours/day (1 hour for lunch), 3-4days/week
Work period: 3 month
