1.执行回归测试开发自动化测试脚本，设计自动化测试框架。
2.软件功能性测试，Bug报告及跟踪

职位要求：

1.至少熟悉下列应用服务器中的一种: WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS
2.至少熟悉下列数据库中的一种: SQLSERVER，Oracle，DB2
3.熟练掌握Java语言及XML编程,有Java编程经验者优先
4.除Windows外，至少熟悉下列操作系统中的一种：Linux，Solaris，HP-UX，AIX
5.良好的沟通技巧，有协作精神，工作细致认真，有耐心
6.良好的英语听说读写能力
7.对软件质量保证有浓厚兴趣，了解软件工程理论特别是测试理论基础，测试原理和方法
8.熟悉RFT, RTC自动化测试管理系统。具有自动测试脚本开发经验者优先
