Description
In this position, you will be responsible for the Intel Learning and Development (ILD) supporting Beijing onsite training roadmap deployment and will be providing logistics to site Learning and Development Consultants, which includes coordination with shared service center; training material preparation; material update ; provide support to logistic support and others.
Qualification
You must be a student currently pursuing a bachelor or master degree and has passion to work at Intel learning and Development; Organizational Development or Human Resource or preferably in a related field.
Additional qualifications include:
- at least half a year internship at Intel and will to drive into details
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good skills in Microsoft* Office*
- Facilitating, process development and/or implementation and/or monitoring, data analysis, and problem solving skills
