薪酬福利:3000元人民币/月, 六个月内7.5天带薪年假,平均每月为1.25天。
1. HRS/N
Duration of internship: 6 months
Preferred starting date: 14th , Jan
Location: Daimler Tower
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Support intern recruitment, including post job vacancies, screen CVs, conduct phone interview & group interview, arrange function interview and follow up recruitment statues
- Arrange onboard process, including reserve physical examination for new comers & collect results, send onboard notice, prepare access badge and personal files
- Coordinate and/or conduct new comer orientation
- Collect interns leave application & prepare monthly payroll documents
- Handle enquiry form interns and line managers on internship related topics
- Other operational work, such as prepare internship certificate book meeting room, maintain database on regular basis, etc
Qualification Requirement:
- Six-month full-time working is a must
- Bachelor degree or above with major in HR, Administration or Psychology
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking
- Detail-oriented, will-organize, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work skills with intercultural competence
- Previous working experience in HR department in multinational company is a plus
2. HRS/N
Duration of internship: 6 months
Preferred starting date: Jan,2013
Location: Daimler Tower
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Support human resource development manager’s daily work/
- Coordinate training courses provided by learning center.
- Support internship management in peak season
- Other operational work, including book meeting rooms, coordinate team activities etc.
Qualification Requirement:
- Six-month full-time working is a must
- Bachelor degree or above with major in HR or business administration related
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with intercultural competence
- Previous working experience in HR department in multinational company is a plus
